Holden Architects was hired by the Tiger Athletic Foundation to program and design a new Indoor / Outdoor Tennis Facility for Louisiana State University. Along with the 12 outdoor tennis courts, grandstands and press box that cover more that 12,000 square foot, the 47,600 square foot indoor facility includes 6 indoor courts, locker rooms, home team rooms, entry lobby, training room, cardio room, private coaches offices and a team conference room. The design team worked closely with the owner to integrate the audio visual scope of work as well as to include all infrastructure in order to handle the demands of the newly formed SEC network. This facility was a much needed upgrade for both teams.
