Mr. Holden brings 42 years of diversified architectural practice as a project manager and architect to his clients. He has been a principle in his own firm since 1981. During that period he has acquired a thorough understanding of all facets of the architectural profession from initial programming through construction administration. His involvement includes conventional architectural design and delivery, fast track and expedited design, construction and design build. His architectural career has specifically focused on the development and delivery of large, complex projects across America. He specializes in the programming, planning, design, and construction management of commercial, retail, corporate, educational, justice, and institutional projects. This includes establishing and maintaining design guidelines, design coordination, cost control, scheduling, and compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local codes and ordinances. He has also held specialty and general contractor licenses, owned and operated his own general construction business, and participated in the construction of justice projects in twenty-one states from coast to coast.
